  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information if available.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
  • Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate; JGR is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be completed before an order is processed.
  • Your payment information is encrypted and handled securely by our payment partners.
  • JGR does not store or have access to your full payment details.
  • Prices listed on our site are in USD, unless otherwise noted.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We will be happy to assist with eligible returns or exchanges.

  • within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
  • Returned items must be in unused, original condition.
  • Certain items (digital downloads, limited-edition merch, or fundraising items) may be non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will investigate and make it right through a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


5. Pre-Orders & Fundraising Items

Some items, especially related to Supernova or fundraising campaigns, may be available for pre-order. Please note:

  • Pre-order timelines will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • Funds raised from merchandise or campaign items go directly toward supporting Supernova’s production, artist development, and creative initiatives.
  • Refunds on pre-orders are only available if the project is canceled.
